for engaging Port Premium Transfers Services

Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions govern the provision of transportation services, hereinafter referred to as “the Service,” to the client (“Client”) by Port Premium Transfers (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed and guaranteed once full payment is received. Early payment is strongly recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

If multiple clients request the same time slot, the booking fully paid first will be given priority.

For bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, payment must be made upon receipt of confirmation to secure the reservation.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full no later than 72 hours before the first scheduled departure time.

Any booking made less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure must be paid immediately upon confirmation to guarantee service.

Failure to pay by the stipulated deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking without notice.

Driver and Vehicle Allocation

We strive to provide the specific driver and vehicle indicated at the time of booking. However, operational requirements may necessitate a change in driver or vehicle.

In cases where a change is required, we will notify the Client as soon as possible, providing the contact details of the newly assigned driver.

Flight Monitoring and Delays

Our team actively monitors incoming flights in real time. If a flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly and continue waiting until the Client has disembarked and collected all luggage.

In rare circumstances, we may need to reassign the driver or vehicle due to service obligations with other customers. If this occurs, the Client will be informed using the contact details provided during booking.

Airport Drop-Offs and Travel Time Recommendations

We are happy to depart at the time specified by the Client. However, based on road and traffic conditions, we will provide a recommended departure time to help ensure timely arrival at the airport.

Please note that these recommendations are based on our current knowledge and do not guarantee on-time arrival, as unexpected events and changes in traffic conditions can occur.

Liability and Missed Travel Arrangements

We are not responsible for any costs or expenses arising from missed travel arrangements, regardless of the cause of delay, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen events.

The Client is encouraged to allow sufficient travel time to mitigate the risk of delays.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary based on specific bookings, and any applicable refund will be determined by the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Refunds are only provided for cancellations made outside the required notice period, as follows:

  • up to 48 hours prior to pickup on first sector: full refund.

  • between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to pickup on first sector: 50% refund.

  • inside 24 hours: no refund.

Client Conduct and Responsibilities

The Client is expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of local laws may result in the immediate termination of the Service without refund.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that contact details provided at the time of booking are correct and up-to-date to facilitate timely communication.

Amendments and Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will be effective immediately upon notification.
