THINGS TO NOTE:
Airport departures - Recommended departure times: Absent of any adverse road conditions or issues affecting travel time, we generally recommend departing from Port Douglas between 2.5 and 3 hours prior to scheduled flight departure time for domestic flights, and 3.5 to 4 hours for international flights. This is a general guide which allows for some but not all unexpected situation or traffic. Your own circumstances (e.g. luggage, children, check-in assistance) should also be considered when planning.
Luggage limits: the luggage limits specified in the booking forms are to be used as a guide only and are based on standard medium size suitcases (approx. 70cm x 45cm x 25cm). Use this as a guide when considering your luggage requirements. If you have more bags than specified, or larger, or odd shaped items (strollers, golf clubs, etc) please let us know so we can make sure we have the most appropriate transport option to suit your needs.The card details provided at the time of booking will be charged as soon as your reservation is allocated and confirmed, and a confirmation and receipt will be sent via email.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted include GST. IF you require a tax invoice with GST breakdown, please let us know and we will be happy to send one through.
